We are currently setting up a new patient group if you are interested in getting involved please email Diane Kammerling email@example.com
The virtual patient group was set up in 2011 to help us gauge the opinion of a cross section of our patients when it comes to the services that we offer and how services might change in the future. We would like to invite any registered patient to participate as the time involved is limited because all comunication is via email or letter.
We aim to gather around a hundred patients from as broad a spectrum as possible to get a truly representative sample. In particular we need ideas and views from young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.
If you are happy for us to contact you occasionally by email please click the link below to open the sign-up form and complete all the fields.
